Driving through and this was the only place that was not fast food. The town is a little sparse so we were very skeptical. Turns out the food was really good!!!! Even the Pho was pretty authentic. The male waiter was soooo nice and funny! He kept giving us complementary food and drinks. It was a nice break to stretch our legs and I felt like we had a meal and a show. Nice to meet friendly people!

What an interesting establishment.
From the outside, you wouldn't expect the inside to be as nice as it is or what it is. I believe the building was once a bank or something. It sits on the corner and the parking is a mess as well as the outside. It looks abandoned to be honest.
After leaving Lake Murray, my buddy brought me here to eat before heading home. He told me upfront that it's not really a place one would stop at to eat because of how it looks on the outside. I was like okay, but man, he's a lot on. My buddy seems to be a regular because the owner knew him and I was surprised. We didn't order and the owner prettt much just whipped something up for us. I guess that's the norm for my buddy. Food was a sushi roll and some type of fried noodle dish. Overall it was okay, but nothing mind blowing. Coming here was an experience all in itself. The interior is nicely done and truly embraces the phrase, "Don't just a book by its cover." -

Driving down I-26 and found this little gem. The sushi was delicious and large portion sizes. The customer service was exceptional as well. I'm so glad we didn't judge this place from the outside. We are so glad we found it! :)

This Japanese restaurant is GREAT!! They have a large variety of excellent sushi rolls! Their salmon and hibachi steak are awesome too! The owner and his waitstaff provide great service as well, which is always a plus!

So now I see why theres so many 5 stars. Wow !!! We were just passing through town a made a quick stop at the spur of the moment. So glad we stopped. We ordered the lunch special with chicken ($6.95). The chicken came with soup, salad, rice, and cabbage. The pink sauce was awesome too. How I wish this place was close to Columbia. This place is so good, we may just drive for an evening dinner next time making a special trip. It's worth it. The wait staff was extra good as well. Thanks to the staff. We are hooked.
